I call. You're probably behind but the call is about breakeven if you are. The worst case is if he has a flush already, but the shove kind of discounts that. You are definitely ahead here some of the time.

So you are only ahead of Qhx and air

He limped .....which is usually s prs, suited connectors or Arag...... Unless you have a read that says he is likely pushing air or one heart.... fold.
