Poker game tracking software - useful?
I'm having a hard time finding objective reviews of software that tracks online games for subsequent analysis. Can I find that addressed here in the forum? The search engine quit on me. Seems like PokerTracker and similar tools would be useful.

Re: Poker game tracking software - useful?
Okay, I'm a newbie. Looks like I found it under the internet gambling/software section. Thanks and feel free to call me a donk.

Seriously, though, when you first get poker tracker it will be overwhelming and you won't have any idea what it's doing or how it's going to help you. A few months in you'll start seeing the benefit and it will help tremendously. It is worth the money to get PokerAce HUD, too, once you really start to understand the stats. Also, after you've got about 10K hands in your database, go through this thread (assuming you play no-limit cash): How to use Poker Tracker. |
