Default The art of slowplaying

Cowboy guy in this hand is mega juicy. Plays every hand, bets a lot, bluffs a lot, calls a lot. But also runs mega hot. I stacked him once, he stacked me back. And I cant hit a hand on him since and stopped cbetting almost at all since he calls regardless. However he stopped calling my raises after I stacked him.

The other viallin is your typical fish.

Thats probably third or forth time I slowplayed something in poker. The board was super dry and I so wanted Cowboy to bluff his way out of this.

The plan is probably better if you are heads up but on this board checking flop isn't bad. I usully need the right villain to slowplay and cowboy seems to fit the bill. You had a plan...didn't work out.

I know.. gonna take one in 15 minutes. Why the hell there are always extra smart people who feel like giving a judgement on everything.

This wasnt even a BBV post, just a a vicious example how slowplaying can go terribly wrong even on the dryest of boards against the worst of opponents. How both AA and a set slowplayed this and got screwed. I think its somehing VERY important for beginners to understand.

I wasnt asking for advice. I know where I missplayed this hand. Its a goddman text book example for beginners of AA and a set getting screwed by 34o.
