Raise preflop.

You are drawing to a low straight, a raise is fine here but like $11 will do. If played back at then fold.

Well if this guy isnt completely awful then you have about 0 fold equity here(stack to pot ratio anyone? ). I wasnt in the game so I dont have if you have any FE or not. But the fact that he raised out of the blind and put in a stiff bet on the flop would suggest that

u r stupid.

A good move in lots of spots, not so much here (obviously I'd like it a little more if you had a flush draw to go with it)

My bad, I am a blind idiot. Yeah push or fold here, I fold though.

don't limp 89s UTG. Raise or fold. Villain is short stacked, so the call is also not good once he raises.

Flop, meh, doesn't matter much. Villain's observed playing style will let you know whether this is spew or not. I don't like because it's spew or marginal, never really high EV. So, imagine a little graph of fairly negative to marginally positive and throw a dart at it; where are you going to end up? In a vacuum, that's what we're doing.

PF limp is meh I would prefer a fold but if your are going to play raise it up..When a short stack raises PF you should fold the SC you do not hav enough implied odds to call unless the MP poster comes along..

As played I think the flop raise if for nothing else then "metagame" purposes..You may have some FE vs AK and you are not in that bad of shape vs an over pair..OTOH hand villain is so SHORT STACKED that a FOLD so be strongly comsidered..

yeah, i never open limp utg. mp had just posted, so i saw all this money out there and thought i was lp. so, that was first mistake. once bb raised i figured i had position, so i'd see a flop. that was my second mistake, since villain was ss. once i arrived at the flop wasn't sure if i'm just supposed to lay this down or not.

note to self: pay more attention, idiot.

The preflop limp UTG really isnt that a big a deal. The biggest mistake was not taking his stack size into account in your decision making.
