Here are the stats on villain 21/12/1.6 and I never really saw him get out of line. In this hand my turn play again is the problem....is this a 3 bet considering the board? or do we just go in damage control and call down?? And why?

I'd 3 bet the turn.this table is shorthanded and you are behind like one hand plus you have 10 outs to a boat or better. if he caps c/c river UI and curse QJs

I agree with the turn 3-bet and call down a 4-bet.

Yep, the turn did not improve your opponent unless he had been slowplaying a flopped straight.

3-bet turn looks good.
