I think i'm ready to put all my money in with this hand against this opponent, but should I just push now, or flat call and try to let him do the betting on the turn?

Definetly raise much more preflop, at least $2.5 or more.

As played the board is so drawy youve got to get the money in now. It is doubtful this villain is folding anything that he already raised the flop with.

Yeah if you reraise more PF, you make the pot bigger post flop, and your decision becomes exponentially easier. I usually overbet against terrible PT stat players, because they suck and they will call a big reraise most times just as often as they will call a little one. Screw 2.5, make it 3-4, the pot will be 6-8 total after the flop, with 23 or 22 effective stacks.

Bet the pot on this flop, and come over the top of a reraise, these players could have anything.

I'd rather let the lagtard make the mistake on the turn. I call the 9. I am looking to get my stack in on the turn or as much as I think his draw is going to call. I slow down on a jack or 6, but not necessarily a club. I almost always want to get it all in, noct that concerned about the timing. The one thing I don't want to do is push the flop and have him fold all those pocket pair hands that he has 2 outs with.

Calling and check/raising allin on the turn is probably the best way to maximize your hand.

i just stack here off right here. donk like this wont fold alot. Your PF is pretty ugly tho. a lil more than 3 times his raise is fine.

I don't like trying to let him do the betting on the turn since you are OOP. He may be testing the waters to see if you are c-betting and I don't like giving villain a free river if he checks behind on turn. I shove here.
