I'm check/calling the river.

Re: Fairly new to limit, how\'s my line
I don't think the river bet-call is terrible, but I prefer check-calling here. Everything else looks standard/fine

Fairly standard I agree check call the river and reads on villians would help but against an unkown this line is fine

Re: Fairly new to limit, how\'s my line
I don't know about the river bet. He has shown a lot of strength so far, in addition to two pair, and the straight, he could also have a flush, or a set. We don't know a lot about the button, but of all these hands, T9, T8, and 98 seem the least likely. Those are the only combinations that you pass with the river card. I think that you can check and call the river.
Obviously, with the King of clubs and an overpair, you aren't going to ever fold this hand, but after you checkraise the flop, and then get raised on the turn, the only hand that you really want to see out of your opponent is AT with the Ace of clubs. |

And....
I assume that this was a live game. Let us know somewhere in the post, it makes a difference.
Also include anything you know about the villians playing style. It might change the river action to check/fold, Check/raise, or Bet/threebet, depending on what we know about his play. |
