Stars Mod no longer works

After a recent update my stars mod no longer works. I was using a custom mod and was using simple as the base with the no images feature as well. This is what I had previously and it worked well.

that no longer works anymore. Also it looks like themes.ini is encrypted now and I don't think it always had been. Anyone have access to an old version?
