Default Oberbetting the flop ?

Hi,

I play 50 $ buy-in Sit And Go.

Yesterday, a Villain sometimes overbets the flop.
Firt time I so someone make it so often.

In general, what an overbet means ??

It means he's changing up his betting style to throw people off.
