this is another user whose notes have been deleted, which is part of why i am not being nicer to him in ATF. wasn't he a known troll? i feel like he was *d or exiled from OOT at some point

banning everyone who has for sure had *s deleted by a non-OOT mod would be an interesting way of dealing with this, although it could lead to mods just deleting *s of posters they don't like so it could backfire.

Very bad idea. We should never ban a user for another Moderator's abuse of powers. Users should only be punished based on their own undesirable actions.
