I fold first hand and limp then fold to raise on second

I think a call might be okay with the KQ most of the time the limpers will come along in the $1 and that will give you odds to see a flop where if you hit you probably feel pretty good about being ahead. I could see a fold here also.

Second hand I might limp behind but raise is okay. Definitely fold to the reraise and overcall you are dominated like 95% of the time here.
