I voted for Children of Men, only because it's newer and very, very well-done.
Res. Dogs is a classic, though, and if you haven't seen it yet, you probably need to. Or ... Just go to the theater and see 'Grindhouse'.

children of men is quite awesome. some of the best cinematography in the past decade easily, i woudn't be surprised at all if it won an oscar for it. resevoir dogs is definitely worth getting as well, fantastic movie. i'm actually about to watch smokin' aces, just dl'd the dvd screener last night.
