Default XYIENCE NOX-CG3 Anybody use it?

Just started taking it a few days ago and I really felt the pump the first day. Now it's just sorta giving me focus and energy to go work out. Could anyone tell me what it's done for them as far as results?

Ya I looked at that stuff too. Only problem is i'm allergic to dairy and can't take it. Were the results short term or more over time?

I also used NO-xplode (likely similar to NOX-CG3) and experienced good results.

I spoke to a nutritionist and he was a little skeptical but recommended using NO products on a three week cycle. I'm don't know much about supplements but he said that if it helped psych you up to go and work out (mentally--not chemically) then it's also serving it's purpose. However, I definitely felt some giddy-up after taking 2 scoops.

The nutritionist also said something about arginine, but I can't remember what he was referencing. Has anyone taken arginine?
