Default NL25-Bottom 2 pair vs UTG Limper

I wanted to post this hand since I think that i played it pretty awful:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP3 ($4.40)
CO ($93.21)
Button ($23.80)
SB ($20.35)
Hero ($25)
UTG ($10.02)
UTG+1 ($25)
MP1 ($38.77)
MP2 ($10.33)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, 9. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.25, 7 folds[/i]</font>, Hero checks,

Flop: ($0,65) 9, A, J (2 players)</font>
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.7</font>, Hero calls $0.70.
Turn: ($2) 7 (2 players)</font>
Hero bets $1.25</font>, UTG calls $1.25.

River: ($4.50) K (2 players)</font>
Hero bets $3</font>, Hero calls $4.82.

Final Pot: $12.32

Should I lead the flop here everytime in the presence of the ace and the draws?
How to handle this River given the line of the limper?
