Default 50NL;paired flop; turn nut flush; raised on turn; How play turn/river?

SB is 33.85/10.77/1.8 postflop agg. over 65 hands.

CO is 61.11/1.85/.63 postflop agg. over 54 hands.

So what is my plan for this hand?

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $47.75
Hero (BB): $50.00
UTG: $38.55
CO: $54.15
BTN: $152.85

Preflop: Hero is dealt 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, CO calls $0.50, BTN folds, SB calls $0.25, Hero checks

Flop: ($1.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, CO checks

Turn: ($1.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $1.00</font>, CO calls $1.00, <font color="red">SB raises to $4.00</font>, Hero calls $3.00, CO calls $3.00

River: ($13.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $7.00</font>, Hero ??? CO...

I think i just call he he is making a half pot bet here like he wants a call. You just have to think he has atleast an 8 here, so I don't see any value in raising because if you raise and he comes over the top you are most likly beat here. CO I would think has a draw, maybe a 9 or the king of hearts or something like that, so i wouldn't be too worried about him

no value in raising? I'm probably doing a donk min raise or glorified min raise here. I like leading this flop as well.

bet the flop

now you didn't i actually like calling the river and hoping for overcall from CO vs raising and being double damned (folding out CO and being reraised by SB).

I really like calling the raise on the turn. On the river, I think you have to get some value here. There are plenty of hands you beat. Raise to 18.
