Seat #1 2400 chips folds, Seat #2 button 3000 , raises to 1200, Seat #3 SB 5000 chips goes All-In, Me in Seat#4 BB with 3100 chips and I have pocket tens. Blinds 200-400. Is this a call or fold.

QQ+ seems reasonable depending on how aggro SB is, he could be on a re-steal obv so that would affect my decision making too.
