dell Laptop LCD Hinge Problem

Hey Guys was wondering if anyone here could help,

Earlier today one of the hinges off my LCD came right off. It popped two of the small screws that are holding it in place right off.

I figured out how to tighten them but to do so I need to remove the rubber stoppers that cover the screw holes ( if you notice on your laptop they go alongside the bezel of the lcd), Anyways I was wondering if anyone knew how they get these things to stay on, is it just standard sticky glue pads that you can find at a craft store, or is it something more advanced like hot-glue dabbed lightly on there?

If anyone knows, please help.
