Default Playing low and mid pairs

Hi,
I'm an FR (newly moved to mid stakes) player that is in the process of trying to stamp out leaks in my game. I have a feeling i'm getting too optimistic with factoring in implied odds in some situations where I hold a pair. Firstly, what is considered a normal bb/Hand rate for low to mid pairs? My low to mid stats are as follows:

I have found i'm leaking at the tune of -0.27bb/100 when cold calling low to mid (I define as 22-TT) pairs. What should this figure roughly be?

I'm also trying to work out how to create a PT filter that will show me limping in with low to mid pairs and then receieving a subsequent raise by villain. Can this only be done in SQL?

(This was originally posted in the full ring forum, but since no help was forthcoming, apart from someone saying I should 'hit more trips' I thought to give this a go in this forum.)

Any help would be appreciated.
