How many hands for a solid day

I was just wondering how many hands I should be getting in for a good solid day? I usually only play 2 sometimes 3 tables. Also what would be considered alot of hands for a day? thanks in advanced

Just think, ~100 hands an hour per table, and then you can decide yourself..

I normally play between 2000 and 6000 hands, 6 -7 tabling 6-max cash, and playing the odd MTT.
