Default How to edit this PDF?

Is it possible to edit PDFs? What software should I use? In particular, Im looking to edit this PDF and dont know if its possible or how its done.

Part of the point of PDFs is that they're protected, and you can't change them. You pretty much need acrobat (not acrobat reader) to edit it.

What kind of changes are you trying to make?

I'd like to translate the text. So pretty much delete the text and add new text with the same font/size/position. Can I do this with Acrobat? I tried with Foxit editor but didn't have much success.

If you know who created the document you can try asking them to send you one that is unlocked to do the translation for them.

The text of the PDF you linked to is selectable, so you can copy it and paste it as needed.
Then check out PrimoPDF, it's a free PDF Converter.

Depending on what you are using it for, telling the PDFs author what you are doing might be a good idea.
