Default Stars 2/4 How\'s my line?

The line seemed pretty standard, but i'm unsure about how I handled the end... my thinking was nothing I beat is going to call me in this situation... I felt if I checked and he bet, he probably had me beat. Kind of scarry board. I really just wanted to get it to showdown with my A9o. Kind of new to Limit, Started playing NL, but recently made the switch after 4 years of No Limit, getting kind of bored.

turn 3bet with one middle pair is big spew. call down from there if you want but expect to lose.

I'd definitely call this down the first time just to see if he'd do it with 8x or a heart draw, but I don't like the 3bet either.

he had been extremly loose in the short time i've been at the table. I was only about 30 minutes in, but I had seen him show down A high 2x's previously. Arag was good for him

call down from turn raise since he's aggro like you said &amp; can be semibluffing flush draw/straight draw. vs passive player I could find a fold.

Results:
Hero has Ad 9s (one pair, nines).
Button has 8d Ac (high card, ace).
Outcome: Hero wins 13 BB. </font>

that's well and good, but you're being results oriented, or you had a sick read on that guy, but as you know if you're a regular in that game (or you'll soon find out), usually you're not gonna win in this situation
