Villain is NemoStars22... this first hand played into my thinking

i had AK...and reraised to 50...flop 10 7 Q...

i bet 80...he called...turn A i checked...he checked

river 7...10 7 Q A 7 board...i bet 175...he raised all in for 1000. I have 650 left and fold.

so now i have about 700 game is 2.5-5, he covers

Villain raises to 15. I reraise to 54 w/ AJo.

Flop Jh 8h 7s...i bet 100. He raises all in for 600 more. (I have ace of hearts)

I assume he is almost never bluffing here. But there seem to be hands he could be semi bluffin. I doubt he plays any Jack like this that isnt two pair. Can i ever call here?
