what level is this, if the SB hasn't been shoving much from SB then i think i would fold and shove next hand, you still have fold equity from the SB if it is folded around to you next hand, against a SB that knows he should be shoving ATC here then it is a call, but still pretty thin IMO.

ICM says he has to pushing about 35% (22+,A2+,K5+,K2s+,Q9, Q8s, J9s) to make it a call. So if he's shown he knows anything about STT's I'm calling, as good players are usually pushing over 90%. Readless I'd fold this in a $5-$20 buy-in..
