Default Is this an okay spot to bluff?

Villain is 21/19/2 over 100 hands. I knew I was going to have to fire 2 barrels when I bet the turn, but I was pretty sure he was folding KK or JJ every time. Is this ok?

Meh, when he calls the turn.. I don't really like it anymore. It seems like if he was folding KK he was doing it on the turn. I guess it's alright some of the time though.
