Default i\'m a fish (standard)

so I decide to go to my local poker room for the night. i'm feeling PRETTY good after hitting the final table of a .10 turbo on stars. I bring 120 in tips I made in about a week from the restaurant i work at.

I sit down at 1 and 3 nl and buy-in for the minimum 60. everyone else is sitting behind at least 200, so i'm basically [censored] from the get-go.

first hand I play I'm dealt AQo in late position. raise up to 15, BB puts me all-in fold.

second hand I play, dealt AQs UTG raise it to 12, SB pushes me all-in, call. flop K62 turn J river A. villain shows JJ. yippee.

rebuy for 60 because i'm dumb like that. i post BB and manage to get KK. YAY, I think. i'm going to double up!

UTG limps, MP limps, button limps, SB completes, I raise to 23. fold fold fold SB pushes me all-in and I insta-call. he has AA. yay.

brag: i got to watch the WSU vs UCLA game on a sweet TV.

beat: i dropped 120 to some nubs.

variance: i'm in the mood for a burrito.

meh it was stupiud for me to buy in with 20 blinds in the first place, but i figured i hadn't sat the table long at all so i wanted to at least have a few reads before i commit all my chips.... oh well, at least it was mildly entertaining.

First hand with a short stack? I'll take the likely race with the BB getting 1.7:1 on my monies. But then, I'm not playing with 1/2 my bankroll like he is.
