MGR + FTP store purchase

Im going to purchase the 190k point laptop from full tilt, I know its going to cost me in rakeback. But If I were to make the purchase in june and not play any hands (MGR = 0), will the cost of the laptop carry over to the next month?

PS, anyone know how much its going to cost me?
