Cant Cashout of BODOG....plz help
ok so I cashed into bodog for just 300$ at the end of march. my wad is >4k$ now and they wont let me cashout anything bc they say my cashin hasnt cleared yet. its left my acct but for some reason its taking them forever to get the funds, im guessing their 3rd party is being an ass. ive asked many times to just let me cashout because i have plenty in my account.
wtf do i do? i really need the money in my bank.... are they just screwing with me? |

So do you feel that by not telling us exactly what they have said and exactly how you deposited that we can give you a realistic answer?

ok....i cashed in by mere check, it was instantly there in my acct.
im cashing out by money xfer, thats how all ppl cashout on that site for the most part. |

Not concerned with how you are cashing out, have many times cashed out with WU and with checks this year from Bodog.
I don't think Bodog is lying to you, the processor they are using/used for Instant checks have been thrown through a loop. Are you a U.S. player? |

yeah US player, only been playing on BD for < 2 months, so first cashout
what exactly goes wrong with stuff like this? how long should this mess take?? Ive been trying to for weeks now |

Same thing is happening with me. I deposited using their instant check option on April 3. The check cleared my bank about 2 or 3 weeks ago. It is still pending on their side though. Here's what they said to my email:
Thank you for contacting Customer Service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of our current Instant Check deposit delays. We have learned from our third party processor that current pending Instant Check deposits will take another 10 business days to clear on our end, which has affected a large number of our clients. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and we will work extra hard from a customer service standpoint to win back the respect of you and the rest of our clientele. |

People on pocketfives were having the same problem I believe, and what they did was to send a copy of a bank statement showing the money left your bank account.
Apparently Bodog never requested the statement, but things got cleared up very quickly when you actively send them the statement. Just something to think about... |
