you beat hearts...and lose to every other part of his range. I think this is fold but I understand your logic. Most sets/two pairs should raise the flop or turn and he shouldn't have a 4 too often. Furthermore a lot of his range should check behind if he has showdown value so this has to be 4x or air.

I guess it could actually be close to a call but I'd rather just fold.
