fold preflop
just call flop (or i might even fold sometimes), you dont have fold equity on this board if you must play it like this, raise a bit more on the flop, and bet much more on the turn |

1.Dont wanna discuss pre-flop , just mixing it up i call like 15% of the time to defend here.
2.I raised the flop knowing i was getting call 85% of the time except if he c-bet a small pocket pair.I raised to stack him later and to be sure he liked his hand enough to continue drawing. 3.I dont know why exactly but i had a very good feeling he was nto raising me so i just bet turn to choose the amount i wanted to pay. 4.I very very rarely play my flush draw like this thats why i post it. |

If you are gona semibluff this (although I dont think this is the time too it, oop unknown villian) you must make your raises and bets larger imo so he migh fold a week king or a draw... its very easy for him too call 2 streats with only a king here.
But thats imo. |

If you don't hit on the turn, you're rarely ahead when you bet here (obviously). But the thing that sucks here is that you don't have a lot of fold equity, even if you make a decent sized bet here (from my experience at least).
I'm a passive nit, so I'm probably just check-calling flop and trying to get a cheap card, but I've just found that following through with check-raises after getting called isn't that +EV when you don't make your hand... |

Hi ispiked u were at the table ( i didnt hit my clubs straight pheww )
What im trying to say , is that i DONT BET the turn to make him fold cause i know he wont.I make this bet for 2 things and i want your opinions on that logic : 1.Choosing the amount i want to pay on the turn to draw thinking he wont raise me ( and thats what i thought ) 2.Making it more difficult for him to fold on the river if i hit and shove. Im not an idiot , if i check-raise 1,50 and i really want him to fold i will bet 2,75$ minimum. But this hand is not the standard way i play so the *General EV* is less important in that case. The EV of THIS HAND at THIS moment is more important cause im not gonna do it enough to make an GENERAL EV play. 1. If you want to see cards cheaply just c/c flop and turn. There's no point in making a strong move on the flop and a weak bet on the turn. Your bet is inviting a raise.
2. While the chances your getting called in a big pot are greater if you hit your hand, I doubt he's calling at this coordinated board unless he has a good hand (and he's probably raising the turn if he does). |
