What makes this a fold? (dry ish flop?, oop?, unknown player?)

I'm generally nitty as hell but so far all we've done is raise &amp; cbet. He could be raising here with TT/JJ or TJ/67 or A9, that's if he has a hand, he may just be playing you with position.

I think I'd call and see what happens on the turn.
