This situation made me think for a bit...is folding standard or too weak?

PartyPoker $11 Speed Tournament, Big Blind is t600 (5 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

UTG (t5060)
CO (t2020)
Button (t7715)
SB (t1740)
Hero (t3465)

Preflop: Hero is in BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

You've got an UTG raiser here who isn't pushing, but rather just sitting about half his stack in there. Smells like a monster to me, generally. Given the AI call, It's an easy fold.
