Default 50NL - 2 hands with same (donkish?) villain on dangerous boards

On this hand, villain just arrived on the table, posted his blind in the CO...

Everest Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25/$0.50 (HH Converter by Kreatief)

CO ($33.80)
Button ($82.30)
SB ($42.10)
BB ($28.75)
MP2 ($53.65)
MP3 ($244.14)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2.25</font>, SB calls $2.00, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, CO calls $1.75,

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ( $6.75 )
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets $7.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $18.00</font>, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises All-In $31.55</font>, Hero calls $13.55,

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ( $77.1 )
River: 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ( $77.1 )

Results:
<font color="white">CO has JdAd
Outcome: CO wins $67.35</font>

Reviewing this hand now, I was way too much agressive don't you think? I should have see the signs : middle sized stack with uneven numbers (whole bankroll on the table?), posted bind directly, check called PF, instant PSB on the flop =&gt; bad player = zero fold equity?

Just one revolution later, neither of us played a hand until this one. I now know he's not a good player considering the hand he limped :

Everest Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25/$0.50 (HH Converter by Kreatief)

SB ($66.50)
BB ($52.45)
MP2 ($50.00)
MP3 ($26.03)
CO ($53.17)
Button ($242.89)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, Button calls $0.50, SB calls $0.25, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3.00</font>, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, SB calls $2.50,

Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ( $7 )
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $6.50</font>, Hero calls $6.50,

Turn: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ( $20 )
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $19.50</font>, Hero ??

Now I wonder if I was a bit weak, I considered raising on the flop but I thought if he was trying to steal the pot or had a weaker J, he would not be tempted to bet again on the turn if I just called?
Then the big turn bet made me even more hesitating... Don't really know how bad players play quads or if they have balls to bluff out of position here?

For the story, I folded and then just had the perfect setup on the exact following hand, that was so sweet. (But Karma punished my bad previous plays by not letting me reload quick enough for this hand ). Nice limpimg with AK OTB by the way...
