Default 25NL OOP vs. LAG w/ pair

Villan is 49/9/2.90 after 100 hands total
Although at this point I only had 35 hands and he was 51/11/6.0

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($44.45)
SB ($24.50)
BB ($10.05)
Hero ($24.55)
MP ($38.45)
CO ($24.90)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Hero raises to $1.5, 2 folds, Button calls $1.50, 2 folds.

Flop: ($3.35) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $2, Button calls $2.

Turn: ($7.35) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $7.35, Hero ?

Villian is a fairly bad LAG and I think he could be just trying to take this pot away. Calling commits me, without fold equity. I think I should either move in or fold. His range is so wide I have a hard time calculating my equity.

History would probably help a lot here. As played I would probably shove because he is so awful. We are beating a lot of his range which I would think is like J8+, 910, K10, then the total random air. All he has that beats us is the queen and a flush draw, against a person that is playing 50% of their hands I dont think this is a huge mistake to stack off here. But like I said if you have history or reads on villian that would help a lot.

Judging a laggy player's turn range based on their preflop range is daft. They *rely* on frustrated tags who refuse to assign rational postflop ranges to make their money.

What is his range? something like

AdJs, Ad2c, Ad3c, Ad9s, Ad8s, Ad6s, Ad7s, Ad4c, Ad5c, AdTc, AdJc, Ad9c, Ad8c, Ad6c, Ad7c, Ad5s, AdTs, Ad4h, Ad6h, Ad3h, Ad2h, Ad4s, AQ, Ad7h, Ad5h, Ad8h, Ad3s, AdTh, Ad2s, Ad9h, KdJs, KdTs, Kd8c, KdTc, KdJc, Kd9s, Kd9c, KQ, Kd8s, Kd9h, Kd8h, KdTh, QJ-Q5, JT-J7, 99-55, *d*d

which has ~44% equity, so his bet makes a lot of sense, given his huge fold equity.

He's somewhat committed, and you're ahead, so you should push, but he'll probably dump some of that range, and call with:

*d*d, 55, QJ-Q5, KQ, AQ, Ad2h, Ad3h, Ad4h, Ad5h, Ad6h, Ad7h, Ad8h, Ad9h, AdTh, Ad2s, Ad3s, Ad4s, Ad5s, Ad6s, Ad7s, Ad8s, Ad9s, AdTs, AdJs, Ad2c, Ad3c, Ad4c, Ad5c, Ad6c, Ad7c, Ad8c, Ad9c, AdTc, AdJc

If your read is that he's bluffing then shoving is wrong. For value it's way too thin. IMO either you call-down all of it or you get rid of it right here and wait for a better spot, because you're aren't that ahead of his range (random Q and flush mostly). The rest of his range is air obviously. Personally I'd fold and turn check-raise him huge next time I'm crushing his hand range.
