Default waking up at 630am

i go to sleep at anywhere from 1-5 usually 3 oclock tho... i have to wake up and drive my dad to work (15 minutes) this way i can have the car for the day... then i susally go back to sleep till 10, if i have work... noon or whenever i wake up if i don't

1. How unhealthy is this
2 What if anything Should i eat/drink in this 30 minute window i'm awake

i'm 5'10 185
been working out 3 times a week, have been eating healthier and small meals or snacks every 2-3 hours. Goal is to lose fat and put on some muscle and get below 180... i have a fairly athletic build

sleep = good. I've read that 8 uninterrupted hours is the ideal but find it hard to get there on a consistent basis myself. your 2nd question i know nothing about but if you're trying to lose fat and gain muscle i don't think you can do too much harm with a protein shake or something

online...nocturnal feedings are usually not necessary for most people...but if you are gonna be awake for a while then eating something will probably help...maybe make a protein shake before bed and have it ready to go for when you get up, drink it, drive your dad, go back to sleep...eat an egg if you want, it won't hurt...
