The turn may very well be a value bet.

I don't know wtf he is calling the turn bet with that he folds on the river unless he puts you on a flush draw, but why isn't he RRing then? His line is really bad given this board, so unless he is trapping (to which your fooked whether you AI/bet/check), I probably go all-in. I'm not sure if he calls ~33% of the time to make this profitable. Ummm - I may be FPSing, but ~500 might not be a bad bet here. You give him irresistable odds and he may push thinking he has FE raising another 700 chips.
