\'premium class\' on airlines
While researching flights to and from Asia this winter I came across something I had never seen before; premium class. Or, perhaps I had never noticed it before. I'm a scant 5' tall and my boyfriend at 6'3" requested better seating on a plane if we were to be traveling for 20+ hours so I did a bit more indepth research.
In any case, I saw that EVA and Thai offer it most prominently, and the other airlines do as well, but it seems a bitch to get pricing on. Just wondering if anyone's flown it and if seems like a good choice, or is just a waste of money for a bit more leg room, a pop out leg rest (that may or may not be broken) and a slightly different food selection. I have only ever flown Northwest to Asia so I'm bit nervous to try other airlines out, even if Thai is rising in the ranks. |

Re: \'premium class\' on airlines
LAX-BKK is running about $1375 + 300 or so in taxes after Jan 8 until May. (pulled from http://www.angeltravel.com/Airfare/T...s/premium.htm)
I've got a quote in with a travel agency right now and am going to see what they can drum up. We live in the middle of the goddamned winter bound prairies of Canada so it's expensive as hell to fly anywhere. |
