Best way to sell seats to events?

So I just won my second seat to the HPT at MJII... And I heard a rumor that last time the HPT came to the MJII it sold out quickly and people were paying double (4K+) to buy a seat off qualifiers. I also heard that this one will probably be sold out by friday night.

Can anyone offer some tips as to how I should go about selling (and getting the best offer) for my seat? I would like to get at LEAST face value, if not more for my seat. I have heard people say it is fairly easy to do, but I have never attempted to do it myself..

Best location to sell? Should I just shout out SEAT FOR SALE!!? All advice is appreciated.
