These two hands occurred in the same orbit with the same villain. My read on the villain wasn't well defined. I had him at 20/11/4.5 over 86 hands but wasn't sure on either hand whether he was "there" or not.
My table stats were 22/12/3 and I hadn't shown down light. Any thoughts appreciated. 1) Raising the flop for a free card is almost never correct with a 6 outer against an aggressive villain heads up.
2) I'd just fold the flop. Check/calling 3 streets can't be good. |

H1 - I think if I'm raising the flop, I'm gonna bet the turn as well to get a fold since your draw to top pair won't come in that often and the chance of being reverse dominated.
H2 - I think the flop hit so much of his range with a pair of aces or just starting with a big pair that I fold and look for a better spot. If I had a better read, I would consider trying to get him to fold those pairs (if he's fit or fold), but otherwise, I just fold the flop. |

H1 I hate situation like this. My line here is call his bet at flop (no matter i made hand or i draw) and c/f UI turn(c/r my good hands to punish donker) This line assume that donker dont know if im ahead or behind and i use his agro. H2 I dont limp with small PP at EP at so agro table. As played i fold flop. |

1) Fold to flop bet. He is betting into a raiser that was not in a steal position and all you have is overcards
2) Fold to flop bet. It may be a c-bet with two big cards, but it is not worth drawing to 2 outs. |

![]() 2- I think the only reason I limp this EP is to get Iso'd by an aggressive. Then I C/R most flops, including this one. |
