Default Payout Structure

I found a turbo sng which is :

5 man
1st 50%
2nd 30%
3rd 20%

how would this structure effect ROI ?

if its real low stakes then you should probably avoid it as the rake will screw you with that pay out.

Please explain why.
And how much rakeback would you need to compensate?

I would guess that it would lower a good players ROI, but also decrease variance.
