Default TAXES

What is the best way to depisot a 39,000 doller check from online winnings. If i pay taxes on it, I wont have any flack correct. Thank you

Usually, it's best to fill out a deposit slip, making sure to print clearly and legibly. Then, endorse the check and take both the deposit slip and financial instrument to the teller who will then deposit it into your account.

anything deposited over 10,000 is reported to the IRS. why dont you cash out in increments to bypass the 10,000 mark?

This is genius, this idea is probably so new to the IRS that they don't even have a name for it yet.
