Default possible fraud

anybody ever experienced fraudulant sign ups on their site, what happens if party discovers they are fraudulant. are you liable in any way. i have one member, who has signed up 3 brothers already, seems kinda funny to me, but i dont know if its a case of fraud or just a big family?

No they'll freeze your affiliate account pretty quickly if they dont generate more rake.

why did you put a question mark on the end of your reply? what question are you asking me?

I've read some of your previous posts, so I'm going to interpret your reply as "I deposit $50 into people's accounts. In this case, I would say it is VERY highly likely that this is fraud and not legitimate family sign-ups.

I am also going to make the reasonable assumption that you use little to no fraud prevention. If you want to continue offering this incentive, I would highly recommend getting some in the near future. If you send money to a bunch of fraudulent players, there is a good chance that Party will not reimburse you.

also if you mean liable as in Chargebacks get paid proportionally by you, yes!

I had one player make a huge deposit that got charged back and it cost me over $1500 bucks.

If Party finds that people "abuse" your offer, they will find a way to get even, guaranteed!
