Re: 400NL AJs in reraised pot
OOP against a nit you could make an argument for calling/folding AJ preflop.
But if you decide to 3bet I don't think that you can fold once you hit your A on such a dry board. What Flop were you waiting for? AAJ? |

Re: 400NL AJs in reraised pot
Sometimes it's just easier to b/f this flop as c/c always [censored] with you. I'd fold this PF against this nit.

Re: 400NL AJs in reraised pot
hm yeah i think preflop is the big problem here
i dont know if i didnt look right on pa stats, when i wrote this with pt stats i asked myself too why did i reraise him im working atm at my blind defense so perhaps im just a bit too motivated to defend my blinds but postflop i think my line vs him is the best, because i think he will bet here a midpair, but on the turn the fold is clear, with that stats he wont be calling a lower ace preflop or bluffing the turn so big with midpair |

Re: 400NL AJs in reraised pot
pfr is def. in need of re-evaluation as you've said. Postflop is fine if you can't see him doing this with JJ-.

Re: 400NL AJs in reraised pot
PF is pretty bad, I just fold against the nit.
I fold the turn, this kind of player won't turn JJ into a bluff here. |

Re: 400NL AJs in reraised pot
Don't reraise PF against a 12/8 if your gonna play it like this. WHats his AF and how many hands is your sample size? If you played it like you had KK or QQ, how does that make you want to fold more?
