Default 25 NL- AJs flops TP makes NFD on turn

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
3 folds, Hero raises to $1, BB calls $0.75.

Flop: ($2) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

Meant to raise all in, I had been raising his blind alot, thought he was making a stand with maybe AT or A9

River: ($52) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $52

I'd actually 4bet flop (??), and definitely not check turn. Any stats/reads would help alot though.
