Default PartyPoker Points for Cash Promotion

PartyPoker has a promotion in which one can redeem their points for cash.

The exchange is 1 point for 1 penny, 100 points for a dollar, etc.

I have 39,363 points. This would translate to $393.63 for me except that I live and reside in the USA. When I try to turn my points into cash it gives me an error message because USA is denied access.

I have sent a few emails to support, discussing this with them. They say there is nothing that I can do, and they can Not send me my money. I just have to wait for the ban to be lifted, legislation to change, etc.

Also, I'm curious.. Does anyone know *How* they turn the points into cash?

Does it become cash in your account?
Do they send you a check?

Please, anyone with any accurate information please provide it.

Thank you.

party has pretty much told you all you need to know, you cannot redeem your party points.
they credit it to your account just like a deposit, then its your business what you do with it

I used the points last night to convert some to cash.

They simply deduct the points from your PartyPoints account, and add the money to your PartyPoker account.
