Default I turn TPTK, now what?

Over hundred hands villain runs at 41/21/1
22% went to showdown
57% won at showdown
I'm keeping it tag-esque 20/17/2.75
How do you respond to this overbet?
Is flop check standard?

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $73.71
BB: $142.34
Hero (UTG): $168.21
CO: $101.55
BTN: $94.50

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
Hero raises to $4.00, 3 folds, BB calls $3.00

Flop: ($8.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($8.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB bets $12.00, Hero?????

Looking pretty grim vs a passive Villain. I probably look at his stats for some sort of inspiration, then make a crying call, then fold river. But folding turn is probably smarter.

Edit: nm about folding turn, didn't realize how loose he was preflop. OK, call turn, probably crying call on river.

To me it screams a missed check/raise, no?

but he was loose so i called turn (if he was tighter i felt it was an easy fold)

River: ($32.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Definitely fold now.

You beat AQ and air and air isn't likely due to it being a 3 bet pot where people don't seem to get out of line too much.

Flop check is fine.

I'd bet flop, checking is ok though I guess. I call turn and fold river.

Yeah, fold now, which makes me question the turn call again. But I guess he might slow down on the river, although between Villain being passive and the overbet on the turn, I don't know how likely that is.

I call turn/fold river, as others have said. Flop bet is fine as well (though checking can't be awful).
