preflop QQ from SB ($200NL)

Everyone is sitting with close to $200.

LAG MP raises to $4, loose CO calls, unknown BN raise to $16, what do I do with QQ from the SB?

I think if the button understands MPs reputation then he will probably loosen up his standards for reraising. Plus you can't have 4 to a flop with QQ. I say reraise close to 45ish.
