Default 200$PS: FD going for an overcall on the flop

Villain is straightforward weak/passive PF, a little more aggro postflop, and I'm pretty sure he's got a set/two pair on this flop. The two players left to act are your standard shortstack donks. Calls too much, too passive etc.

Do you raise here, or go for a fish overcall?

Given the stack sizes, if they're going to overcall, they'll likely call all-in: I'd just get it in.
