Villain is straightforward weak/passive PF, a little more aggro postflop, and I'm pretty sure he's got a set/two pair on this flop. The two players left to act are your standard shortstack donks. Calls too much, too passive etc.

Given the stack sizes, if they're going to overcall, they'll likely call all-in: I'd just get it in.
