DC++ hubs that have lot's of music and allow passive users?

I'm looking for recommendations on DC++ hubs that have lot's of music and allow passive users.

(I've set up port forwarding and a static IP with portforward.com, but I still can't search in active mode. I have no idea why. I can't search in uPnP either. If anyone has a solution for this that would be even better.)

NOTE: I hope this isn't against some OOT rules. I'm obviously looking for legal music.

Don't jump to wacko conclusions. I haven't been able to setup passive mode. That's it.
