PT issue -- import errors

I got a quick question concerning the use of PT, and this seems like a good place to ask. When I import my hands into PT, i get errors and not all the hands show up when I search for my SN in the database. For example, I played 10k hands but only 5k shows up. I do see them all when I click the summary tab though. Anybody familiar with this problem?
