Default just a semibluff

Been in a rut lately when it comes to this crazy minbet hold'em we play. Thoughts on this one?

Villain is ~45/~25 from the stats i have on him (~50 hands). This is his 2nd hand at the table.

Folded to me in the HJ and I raise K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], he 3bets from the SB and I call.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

He bets, and I raise.

I'm looking to cause PPs and Ax to make a bad fold, but is he folding these? Is this not worth it since making my hand gives AK the nuts? Just peel and fold the turn?

not really a fan of this one. If I am going to do it I pop the turn.

this is extremely bad in my opinion. He is not folding any pocket pair, AK, or AJ. Ax is at least peeling the flop and will sometimes call down if the draws dont hit. You seem to post a lot of hands where you are trying to fold hands that never fold. I think it might be because you assume that other players play like you do. I would fold 77 to your flop raise, but I am one of only a handful of players who would do so. I can assure you that a 45/25 player is not in that handful.

IMHO semi-bluffs should never be done without a really good read, i.e. not here.

lol that's taking it a little bit too far. But I agree that this is a fairly bad spot to make a play.

Yeah, I agree with these sentiments.

Some food for thought: should we be semibluffing anything here? Nut club draw? KJ?
HEPFAP talks about semibluffing pairs, like Ax 3rd pair...my default would be call, do we see any merit in raising?
